MY PATH
I didn't build my body overnight neither did I build it by guessing. It took me five years of dieting, running, learning and weight lifting. I initially started my journey as a weight loss journey. I was always one of the kids that dreamed of having abs or a "six-pack". But I never knew what I had to do to get them, so it became the one of my dreams. I didn't care what I had to do or how long it took. Once I did, I wanted to show others how not only how to get abs but how they could potentially gain their dream physique.

Growing up, I have been a little bit active. I would go outside with my friends and we would walk everywhere or have nerf battles. I always enjoyed PE through elementary and junior high. Ironically enough, I did take weight lifting all four years I was in high school though the last two years were only half a semester. If I'm being honest after year two it was more participation then actual effort and that was mainly due to COVID and sports. I never got insanely good numbers in high
