
HOW I DID IT
Growing up, I loved to eat and play video games. As much as I enjoyed both, over time those habits led to me becoming overweight. Which made me very self-conscious about my body. I always wanted to lose weight, but I had no idea how or where to start. I knew that having abs meant having little to no body fat. Eventually, it became a dream of mine to have a six-pack, even though I never believed it could actually become a reality. That changed the day I decided to make a change in my life, which led me to begin my fitness journey. There, I learned something important: That you don't need surgery, steroids or any shortcuts to create a body that you can be proud of.
